Version 5.1.3 is a maintenance release for all CueServer models with 34 important bug fixes and improvements. It is a recommended update for all v5.0.0 and later users.
- General
- New Informational help popups have been added throughout the application that describe various pages and properties.
- New Updated the application to newer application frameworks, which has improved performance and reliability.
- Live Status
- New The CPU Info panel now displays more information about the CPU type of the running hardware.
- Stage View
- Bug Addressed an issue that could cause the Stage View to not properly re-render itself on older macOS operating systems when the view is dragged from a non-Retina monitor to a Retina monitor.
- Cue/Preset Editor
- Bug Fixed an issue that could cause channels to become hidden after unpatching a fixture or loading a show that does not have a patch.
- Macros
- New Added the ability to Enable/Disable Macros in the Macro Editor panel.
- Layout Editor
- New Added the ability to set a customizable range of values on the Slider object when adjusting a variable.
- Bug Resolved an issue that would cause a station to become not-editable if the live station is set to a non-existent page.
- Bug Addressed an issue that prevented the Rotation field in the inspector panel from being able to increment/decrement.
- Bug Fixed a problem that caused image files with apostrophe characters (‘) in the filename to fail to load.
- Bug Addressed an issue where Fixture objects were allowing the user to choose improper alternate functions.

- Touchscreen Engine
- New Added new “Color Approximation” algorithm that allows fixture objects to more closely render the output color of a fixture with complex emitters.
- New Allow the Label on a Fixture Object to be directly edited on a Touchscreen.
- New Implemented a significant improvements in image storage and rendering that speeds up page loads, operation and lowers the amount of storage space required.
- Bug Fixed the rendering of the Page Navigation object to use more available space and to wrap the tab captions if necessary.
- Bug Resolved a regression that prevented Gobo, Prism, and Direction ornaments from appearing on fixture objects.
- Bug Addressed an issue with drawing the proper indicator state of objects that are set to Select Channels.

- Bug Fixed a regression that caused a crash when clicking in the white space under any of the hardware settings sub-navigation panes.

- Bug Addressed an issue that could cause virtual keycaps to appear with the wrong text when shows are loaded that had been created with old versions of Studio.

- Bug Addressed an issue that could cause a CueServer to briefly identify itself on the network with an incorrect IP address immediately after booting.
- Bug Fixed a bug that could cause IGMP Query packets to be sent from CueServer using the wrong source IP address in the message payload.
- Hardware
- New Support for new internal hardware revisions has been added.
- Bug Addressed an issue that could cause improperly formatted serial data to not be properly recognized as an error.
- Bug Fixed a problem that prevented a module’s indicator from flashing Red when a receive error is detected.
- Windows
- New Separate application builds are now available for 32-bit, 64-bit, and ARM-based Windows environments.
- Bug Fixed an issue that was causing tabs in the Cue/Preset Editor and the Plugins Editor to appear with incorrect colors when the OS is in dark mode.
